Mother Necessity Foods

Due to the ever increasing number of food allergies, diabetes, obesity, cancer and other degenerative diseases – many people agree that the average diet does not provide individuals with the essential nutrition to build a strong immune system, and support good health.

I never intended to come up with a food line, it was the furthest thought from my mind. When my son was three we became aware of his food and environmental allergies. It was at this time I was introduced to the struggles of trying to find nutritional organic foods, free of common allergens (soy, corn, casein, and gluten), refined ingredients, preservatives, and chemicals, that were appealing and appetizing to a child. The search left me empty handed and I began to cook and develop my own foods out of necessity. As I developed recipes for my son, I transformed his favorite foods into healthy foods!

As I began to watch my son flourish and grow, I began to share my foods with others. The response that I received was overwhelming, and I began to work on launching an organic Food Company called Mother Necessity. All of Mother Necessity foods contain NO flours, refined sugars, preservatives, or additives. In addition, all of the products are free of common allergens such as, gluten, casein, and soy. The line focuses on whole, organic foods that are filled with nutrition, easy to digest (soaked/sprouted), and have fewer ingredients.

Mother Necessity is a diverse line of food offering entrees, desserts, snacks, and breakfast. Mother Necessity is committed to offering people healthy alternatives to their favorite foods. All of Mother Necessity products are low Glycemic Index Foods and are suitable for Diabetics.

My prime focus when developing Mother Necessity products was to have ALL of the products look and taste like traditional food. No one should be deprived of their favorite foods. Now people who were once excluded from traditional eating can enjoy cookies, cakes, breads, and ice cream, while receiving the benefits of Real Nutrition. All Mother Necessity products have been synergistically developed and have a purpose - to nourish and support the body.

I personally believe that we not only owe it to ourselves to eat healthy, be we owe it to this generation, and the generation to follow!
